Die Forelle
My mother, who is 87, was translating a recipe for "Schlei" that she wrote in 1941. She said, "I don't know the translation of "Schlei," but Schubert wrote a song about the "Forelle." Then she sang me this song.

Incredible! First, there aren't all that many recordings of this stuff, much less free ones. Second, it's one of the least known classical genres (in America, at least). Third, it's totally addicting! Now I know where to steer all my friends! Thank you! and Servus!
